Supply Chain Team Leader 3-shift

At AS Watson - parent company of Kruidvat, Trekpleister, ICI PARIS XL, among others - we are looking for a Supply Chain Team Leader. A role in which you are in the middle of the operation, close to your team and close to the logistical process. You know how a distribution center works, understand what is needed to ensure a smooth flow of goods, and get energy from guiding and developing people.

As Supply Chain Team Leader, you will lead a team of approximately 35 to 70 colleagues. You are visible on the work floor, know what is happening, and create an environment in which people feel heard and can get the best out of themselves. With your coaching leadership style, you connect people, processes, and results. You maintain an overview, manage based on KPIs, and know how to take a step forward time and again together with your team. Moreover, you feel right at home in a dynamic logistical environment where no two days are the same. Working in a 3-shift system* suits you. This way, you regularly enjoy a free morning or evening!

What will you do in the position of Supply Chain Team Leader?

• See and stimulate development. You have an eye for both people and processes. You recognize opportunities to help colleagues further in their development and signal areas for improvement within the operation. Together with your team, you ensure that we get a little better every day.
• Analyze, optimize, and escalate. You maintain an overview and switch gears quickly when necessary. You ensure that the right information ends up in the right place, so that bottlenecks are effectively resolved. And has a challenge been resolved? Then you look together with the team at how we can learn from this and prevent repetition.
• Motivate and coach the team. You are a coaching leader who stays close to the people. You guide colleagues in their daily work, provide confidence, and know how to get people moving. In this way, you build a positive working atmosphere in which collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are central.

• Depending on your experience, you will start between € 4,100 and € 5,800 gross per month based on a 35-hour work week, including 7.5% ATV and an indicative hourly allowance. You work in a 3-shift system, where the amount of your hourly allowance depends on your schedule and the hours you work. If you work more hours in the evening or on Saturday, this amount may be higher.
