What you'll do

Within Sanday, a challenging and beautiful project is on the agenda: helping our customers transition to our newest healthcare solution: the Sanday platform. To make this project a success, we are looking for additional implementation consultants to temporarily strengthen our team. After an onboarding period, you will work independently as a consultant on implementation projects. You ensure that everything is properly arranged, that the customer feels heard, and that the new platform lands smoothly in general practitioner practices.

You will:

gather information from general practitioner practices, so that you can arrange the correct connections and prepare data conversions;
give general practitioner practices access to demos and the e-learning (Sanday Academy). You will also monitor training progress and answer questions in between;
support and assist general practitioner practices on location during the live day.

You will carefully complete your projects, ensuring the customer is satisfied with the process and the end result. As an implementation consultant, you will work on location at GP practices throughout the Netherlands, at our office in Utrecht, and from home.

Requirements

Who are you?
You are accurate, flexible, structured, stress-resistant, can listen well, and are self-assured. You get energy from customer contact, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and dare to make decisions independently. You think in solutions, learn quickly, and are clear in your communication.

Are you currently working in primary care and thinking: I want this! We would love to hear from you. Do not be deterred by the word “software.” We can make good use of your experience in (primary) healthcare within Sanday!

Furthermore, as an implementation consultant, you have:

HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking;
experience with project-based working (preferably in or with primary care);
a B driver's license and you enjoy being on the road a lot.

This position requires a high degree of independence and responsibility. Therefore, people who already have experience in an independent, customer-oriented, or guiding role often feel at home most quickly.
