Team Lead Information Analysts (32-40 Hours)

What you will do
As team lead information analysts, you will provide direction to a team of approximately 18 information analysts and key users. Our analysts translate healthcare processes and user needs into solutions for the development team. Key users contribute practical knowledge, test functionality, and ensure that documentation and training align with the daily practice of healthcare providers.

In addition, they work in multidisciplinary product teams with developers, testers, and product managers. There, they help to structure complex issues and translate them into solutions within the product.

In this role, you combine coaching with substantive leadership. You help team members grow in their profession, strengthen their role within the product teams, and remain personally involved in complex analysis issues. You are therefore a substantive leader who further develops the analysis profession within Sanday and stays close to the content.

You are responsible for:

• guiding, coaching, and line managing analysts and key users, including growth conversations and professional development;

• strengthening the role and visibility of analysts and key users within multidisciplinary product teams;

• stimulating knowledge sharing, collaboration, and further professionalization of the analysis profession within Sanday;

• acting as a substantive sparring partner for complex analysis issues and improving analyses, specifications, and user stories;

• working closely with product managers and development teams to arrive at strong product choices and well-founded solutions.

Who you are 
You are an experienced analyst or product professional with a natural way of leading. You help others become better in their profession and bring structure to complex issues. You have experience with software development and understand how good analysis contributes to strong product decisions. Additionally, you move easily between content and collaboration and are a solid sparring partner for analysts, product managers, and development teams.

Furthermore, as team lead information analysts, you bring:

• HBO or WO working and thinking level;

• extensive experience as an information analyst or in a similar role;

• experience with software development and working in product teams;

• strong analytical and conceptual skills;

• good communication skills in Dutch and English;

• experience in healthcare or healthcare IT is a plus.
