Implementation Specialist

• You possess an HBO diploma. This is because we work with a complex product.

• You have 1+ years of experience in the Customer Success domain, within an IT environment.

• You are analytically strong, allowing you to determine customer needs and translate them into a solution.

• You can read people like no other. This allows you to serve customers as well as possible. You also enjoy teaching, explaining, and training people.

• You are given a lot of autonomy, which means you can execute a task neatly and structured from start to finish. In doing so, you maintain a logical order and continuously monitor needs. Because you work within the software (IT) world, affinity with this is very important.

Contribute directly to the success of our customers in the South or central part of the country? As an Implementation Specialist, you ensure that our customers are up and running in no time!

As an implementation specialist, you are ultimately responsible for onboarding new customers. You deal with technical implementation and training of customers. You will set up the system, tailored to the needs of the customer. Additionally, you implement Sollit within the organization: you teach the customer how Sollit is used in their business operations.

• Analyzing customer processes, after which you provide advice on possible software implementation.

• Training and guiding new relationships. You guide new users through the software.

• Actively thinking along within the company; a proactive attitude moves us both forward.
