Junior Supply Planner

At Holland Malt in Eemshaven, we are looking for a Supply Planner who maintains an overview, looks ahead, and takes responsibility. In this role, you are the connecting link between raw material receipt, production, quality, logistics, and customer deliveries.

You will work in an environment where quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are central. In addition, you will receive a lot of freedom to shape your work in your own way and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our processes.

• Planning malt production based on customer demand, stocks, and available capacity.

• Planning and coordinating barley receipts per ship, truck, and storage.

• Monitoring stocks of barley, malt, and residual streams.

• Planning transports, deliveries, and blends according to customer specifications.

• Aligning the planning with production, logistics, quality, and technology.

• Assessing quality and analysis figures and translating these into actions within the chain.

• Initiating and guiding improvement projects in the areas of planning, logistics, and automation.

You love planning, solving puzzles, and collaborating. You are independent, take initiative, and enjoy carrying responsibility for an important part of our operation. Additionally, you possess:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level, preferably in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or food.

• Interest in production processes, logistics, and inventory management.

• Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, and an eye for detail.

• Analytical ability and a structured way of working.

• The will to continuously improve and further develop yourself.
