Job Description
As a Supply Chain Planner, you are responsible for the planning of natural cheese within a dynamic and complex production network. You operate at the heart of the supply chain and work closely with production, ripening, and packaging locations. In this role, you regularly have contact with, among others, Sales, Quality, Supply Chain Planning, logistics service providers (LSPs), Plant Management, and production planners. Through your overview and coordination, you ensure that the entire chain functions optimally. You manage your own product portfolio and make independent decisions within it. In the event of deviations, shortages, or unexpected developments, you maintain an overview, set priorities, and adjust in a timely manner to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. You actively seek connection with stakeholders and take the lead when actions are necessary. In addition to operational planning, you play an active role in the further development of our supply chain. Depending on your experience, you participate in projects or lead them independently from start to finish. You have a direct influence on the performance of our cheese network and play an important role in realizing our objectives regarding customer service, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. In doing so, you contribute daily to the optimal availability of our products for customers worldwide.

You become part of Supply Planning Cheese and work within the Make Team. You report to the Manager Supply Network Planning Make. In addition to daily planning work, there is room to think along about improvements, digitalization, and optimization. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to further develop yourself both professionally and personally within FrieslandCampina. Are you analytically strong and energized by optimizing a complex supply chain? Do you know how to find the right balance between customer demand, production capacity, inventory, and milk availability? Then we have a challenging role for you.
