Do you want to make an impact on international business processes within a dynamic family business? As a Business Process Expert at Royal Swinkels, you will work on the further rollout of SAP S/4HANA and improve processes used daily by colleagues in our breweries, warehouses, and sales organizations. You bring business and technology together and ensure that processes are designed to be smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.

In doing so, you will focus on the complete Order-to-Cash process: from order processing and delivery to invoicing. Together with various departments, you translate business needs into concrete process improvements, gather requirements, and guide the implementation of new ways of working. Additionally, you test processes, provide training, and ensure that users can work smoothly with the new setup. In this way, you make a visible contribution to an organization-wide transformation with impact on both national and international locations.
