Pay & benefits
What you'll get
In addition to a lot of fun and occasionally tasting a delicious beer with your colleagues, you can also count on us for:
A challenging assignment, with plenty of opportunities to take initiative within a rapidly growing company, to realize your ambitions, and to bring your insights forward.
With us, you will find an open culture in an informal working environment, where core values such as entrepreneurship, collaboration, and focus on results come first.
Naturally, we also offer a good internship allowance.
The role
During this working internship, you will fully participate in the Digital Marketing Team and work closely with the Global CRM & Website Specialist. You will work on email campaigns and websites for brands such as La Trappe, Bavaria, and Rodenbach.
We are looking for an intern who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and thinks beyond the briefing. There is plenty of room to take on tasks yourself, explain choices, and contribute ideas for improvement, both at a creative, substantive, or executive level.
What you'll do
You will support the migration of our brand websites to a new CMS and help with building pages.
You will contribute ideas regarding design, content, SEO, usability, and the optimal online customer journey.
You will investigate the possibilities of the CMS and suggest improvements for websites and digital content.
You will develop and optimize email campaigns, including audience segmentation, content, and timing.
You will analyze the results of campaigns and websites and translate insights into concrete improvements and A/B tests.
