The role

Do you want to gain work experience in a laboratory environment and contribute to food safety in the Netherlands? As a Production Worker, you ensure that samples are prepared correctly for analysis. You will work with various food products and animal feeds and play an important role in the laboratory process. Thanks to your accuracy, our analysts can deliver reliable results.

What you'll do

In the sample pretreatment department, you ensure that incoming samples are ready for analysis. You work with a wide range of products, such as baby food, animal feed, and other food products. Following fixed work instructions, you process these samples by, for example, grinding, sieving, or mixing them. In doing so, you use various machines, but also perform manual tasks.

Working accurately is important, because your work has a direct influence on the quality and reliability of the laboratory analyses. During your induction period, you will learn the various processes, product groups, and working methods step by step. This allows you to develop into an independent colleague who knows how important proper sample pretreatment is for the final result.
