Requirements
What we're looking for
You are responsible for handling export shipments, preparing transport documents, and performing the necessary administration and communication regarding the shipments of customers, agents, and carriers.
The Transport Planner NON EU desk we are looking for already has several years of experience in a comparable position within transport.
You are a strong communicator, customer-oriented, and have good social skills. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages. German is a plus. In this position, it is important that you can maintain a good overview, are administratively strong, and can react proactively.
Additionally, you have knowledge of and an affinity for the road transport market, transport documents, and agent networks.

On a daily basis, you ensure that transport requests are processed correctly, scheduled as efficiently as possible, and transported with the correct transport documents. This involves a continuous assessment between factors such as price and speed.
