You will make it happen
Join our import team of 20 colleagues and ensure our customers can count on a true Champions League experience with freight forwarding. No fragmented processes, but your own client portfolio and the freedom to organize the entire process from A to Z. From client onboarding, to the first booking, to the financial closing of the file. Top-level service; you are part of it.

How will you do this? We give you the confidence to organize your tasks in your own way. Naturally, you bring knowledge of sea freight LCL, FCL, you are strong in relationship management, and you still get energy from operational activities. Your sprints ensure timely delivery. You will achieve this by:

• converting customer inquiries into bookings, organizing sea freight imports, and settling files;
• checking transport documentation in accordance with Incoterms and customer agreements;
• instructing our customs department for the preparation of T1 documents and clearances;
• identifying deviations during transport, updating customers, and handling claims.
• onboarding and guiding (new) colleagues;
• we work with Cargowise.

• you are a self-starter and, based on your work experience, you can guide and develop others;
• at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, import or export;
• you speak and write good Dutch (B1) and English;
• experience with Cargowise is a plus.
