• You have at least two years of experience in an import department and experience with customs formalities;

Are you at home in the world of air freight and do you know exactly what is involved in importing goods via Schiphol? As a Forwarder in our 'Import Dry' team, you will be in control and ensure that shipments arrive smoothly.

As a Forwarder, you work at the heart of our organization's activities.
You are part of the air freight team at our Schiphol location, where the focus lies on the import of general cargo.
You ensure the optimal execution of logistics requests. Together with your team, you provide customers with a high-quality experience and excellent service. You ensure that all agreements are met, you monitor progress, and you resolve any problems quickly and decisively.

• Processing and handling air freight import shipments - from booking to invoicing;

• Creating and maintaining an excellent relationship with customers;

• Monitoring, processing, and archiving all documentation, including customs documents;

• In this role, you will work a weekend shift once every 5 weeks, which can be done from home. This is compensated with a financial allowance and an extra day off. Should a weekend not be convenient at some point, an exception is always possible in consultation.
