Do you want to contribute, together with an enthusiastic team, to an efficient and future-oriented setup of our master data and make a difference in a dynamic and commercial environment? Then apply for this great challenge!
At De Bijenkorf, everything revolves around an unforgettable customer experience, and that begins behind the scenes with a flawless supply chain. At our Service Office, the Supplier Data team ensures that every item we purchase ourselves is entered into our systems on time, correctly, and completely.
As Team Lead Data-Entry, you will lead the Data-Entry staff team and act as the pivot between order entry and article master data.
As Team Lead Data-Entry, you bear responsibility for the processes surrounding order entry, ASN creation (Advanced Shipping Notice), and article master data. You ensure that this runs smoothly and efficiently and use data insights to initiate and implement improvements and optimizations.
You lead and coach a team of (Senior) Data-Entry employees and build a stable team in which talent is given the space to grow. As a working foreman, you actively contribute to daily processes and results, with continuous improvement and customer centricity at the core, without losing sight of your team members' ownership.
In addition to close collaboration with your own team, you also work with other teams within Supply Chain and stakeholders from IT and Buying. Your role is decisive for the successful master data start of all articles that we purchase ourselves.
