Lead Transportation Planning

• HBO or WO working and thinking level.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in leadership and the drive to make others better.
• Good at communicating at different levels.

• Available 40 hours per week and willing to work flexibly. Your location is in Tilburg.

As Lead Transportation Planning in the Operations Support department, you are responsible for all packages leaving the warehouse. You will work in the operational control room of Coolblue, a fast-growing department. You coach, motivate, and provide direction to your team. Together, you ensure that every package ordered today is at the customer's home tomorrow. You safeguard capacity, with an eye on the long term. You do this by monitoring freight capacity and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. 

• Being responsible for a team of planners. Motivating, coaching, and improving your team.
• Incident management. You keep all stakeholders informed and provide operational direction.
• Creating clear periodic reports and overviews. You achieve the optimal load factor every day.
• Making independent, well-considered choices, so that you get the best out of Coolblue's operational network.
• Developing and implementing new processes.
