The role

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is a world leader in cordless technology spanning power tools, accessories, hand tools, outdoor power equipment, as well as floorcare & cleaning products. Our focus is on end-users that range from professionals in the industrial, construction and infrastructure sectors to DIYers in home improvement, repair, and maintenance. TTI's powerful brand portfolio includes MILWAUKEE®, RYOBI®, AEG® - recognized worldwide for their deep heritage and innovative product platforms of superior quality.

The company maintains a global manufacturing and product development footprint, with record world-wide sales of approximately US$15.2 billion and around 50,000 employees in 2026. Hiring exceptional people is a top focus at TTI. This drives a high-performance culture across all levels of our organization and helps to achieve our vision of being number one in the industries we serve. Our unique high-speed decision-making process supports our acute focus on developing superior products and meeting high customer expectations. We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.

Find Talent. Build Careers. Grow Team Red.

At Milwaukee, we believe that growth begins with the right people.

What you'll do

People with ambition. Entrepreneurs who see opportunities. Talent that wants to continue developing itself and wants to make a difference together with us. And that is exactly where you come in. As Talent Acquisition Partner Benelux, you will help build the future of Milwaukee in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will not only find talent for today but also look ahead to who we will need tomorrow. From the first intake with the hiring manager and the active sourcing of talent to interviews, candidate experience, and the final proposal: you take ownership of the entire recruitment process. But your impact goes beyond filling vacancies.

You build our employer brand, create talent pools, and help our organization become a better Talent Spotter every day. You don't just recruit people for Milwaukee. You build Team Red.

Your impact

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you are the go-to recruitment partner for our organization in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You work closely with hiring managers and HR and understand what our growth means for the talent we need today and in the future. You advise managers on the labor market, challenge them on the desired profile, and translate our business needs into a recruitment approach that moves talent. In doing so, you don't wait until the right candidate applies.

You know where talent is located, actively build networks and talent pools, and make optimal use of our sourcing channels. At the same time, you ensure that hiring managers and colleagues become increasingly better at recognizing, inspiring, and connecting talent.

Together, we build an organization in which recruitment is not just something for HR, but in which everyone can be a Talent Spotter.

What you'll be doing

No two days are the same. One day you are discussing with a Sales Manager which commercial talents we need in the coming months; the next day you are approaching candidates yourself, working on an employer branding campaign, or conducting interviews at our office in Dordrecht or Brussels.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

  • Taking ownership of the entire recruitment process for the Netherlands and Belgium: from the intake with the hiring manager through to the proposal to the candidate.
  • Advising and challenging hiring managers regarding profiles, the labor market, recruitment strategy, and selection.
  • Actively sourcing and inspiring talent via LinkedIn and other relevant sourcing channels.
  • Developing strong talent pools for future growth within Milwaukee Benelux.
  • Continuously searching for new sourcing opportunities and ensuring our existing channels are utilized optimally.
  • Recruiting diverse target groups within our organization, from Sales, Job Site Solutions, and Field Marketing to Office and specialist roles.
  • Building a strong candidate experience in which candidates experience what Team Red stands for from the very first contact.
  • Conducting and coordinating interviews and monitoring speed, quality, and communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Guiding the offer process and ensuring a personal transition toward HR for onboarding.
  • Developing and executing our Employer Branding activities and recruitment campaigns for the Benelux.
  • Developing relevant content and campaigns together with Marketing and HR to make Milwaukee visible as an employer.
  • Activating our organization to become a network of Talent Spotters and helping colleagues recognize opportunities for new talent.
  • Using recruitment data and market insights to continuously make our approach smarter and more effective.
  • Building sustainable relationships with talent, even when there is no suitable vacancy available today.

Who are you?

We are not looking for a recruiter who is satisfied once a vacancy is online.

We are looking for someone who gets curious about a hard-to-find profile. Someone who loves to dive into the market themselves, knows how to inspire people, and is simultaneously a solid business partner for the organization.

You are people-oriented and results-driven. You dare to challenge hiring managers, think ahead, and get energy from building relationships. And perhaps most importantly: you understand that behind every application is a person who is making a conscious choice for the next step in his or her career.

In addition, you bring:

  • Experience within Talent Acquisition, Corporate Recruitment, or a similar recruitment environment.
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment and advising hiring managers.
  • A strong sourcing mindset and enjoyment in actively finding and approaching talent.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing and recruitment channels.
  • Interest in Employer Branding, recruitment marketing, and building talent communities.
  • The ability to look at talent strategically while also conducting operational recruitment yourself.
  • An entrepreneurial, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
  • Proficiency in the French language is a great plus.

We find a specific diploma less interesting than who you are, what you can do, and what you want to build at Milwaukee.

Why Milwaukee?

MILWAUKEE is a leading manufacturer of Heavy-Duty electric tools, accessories, Outdoor Power Equipment, hand tools, storage, and personal protective equipment for professional users worldwide. We realize our growth thanks to innovation, entrepreneurship, and strong partnerships. But above all, thanks to our people.

At Milwaukee, you get:

🔴 The opportunity to further expand Talent Acquisition for the Netherlands and Belgium and make a visible impact on our growth.

🔴 Ownership over the recruitment process and the space to further develop our sourcing and Employer Branding approach.

🔴 Plenty of freedom to introduce new ideas, experiment, and make recruitment one step better every day.

🔴 An organization in which development and career progression are central, and in which you can grow along with our ambitions.

🔴 An international working environment in which you work with colleagues within the Benelux and EMEA.

🔴 A dynamic role in which you work both from our office in Dordrecht and regularly from our location in Brussels, staying close to the business.

🔴 An excellent starting salary, attractive bonus scheme, 25 vacation days, and 6.5 ADV days.

🔴 A laptop, iPhone, and the tools you need to be successful.

🔴 Team activities, international meetings, and staff events where collaboration and fun are central.

Here, you are not just building a recruitment process.

You are building careers, our culture, and the next generation of Team Red.
