The Service Technician ensures the reliable operation of our automated logistics systems by working and actively supporting directly on-site at the Sevenum location (in the vicinity of Venlo, Netherlands). Their tasks include independent troubleshooting, the rectification of technical malfunctions, as well as the safe implementation of technical measures in accordance with defined standards and processes.

In close cooperation with the technical control center and the shift supervisor, they contribute to resolving malfunctions quickly and ensuring a stable operational flow. The success of the role is demonstrated by reduced downtime, compliant implementation, and a high technical quality of on-site assignments.

• The monitoring of our conveyor and production systems is part of your continuous responsibility.
• You are responsible for maintenance and repair work on various conveyor technology elements.
• These measures are carefully documented by you in a maintenance and repair tool.
• Structured analysis and error detection, as well as professional troubleshooting, are an integral part of your daily routines.
• You perform functional and safety tests on mechanical/electromechanical systems.
• Performing work on mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics are your core activities.
