• You have at least an HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking, and ideally also an HR-related educational background.
• You have at least 1 year of similar relevant work experience.

You dive into the operations of Coolblue's most convivial domain: Stores. As an HR Advisor Stores, you are the right hand and partner of the regional manager. You help all Coolblue'ers within your region with all kinds of HR matters. Think of career growth, preventing turnover, absenteeism issues, contract extensions, and a number of HR projects to make working in a Coolblue store a little more fun every day. 

• Providing advice to Store Managers on HR cases at both strategic and practical levels. 
• Strengthening Store Managers in their leadership skills through a coaching approach.
• Thinking along and setting up new HR initiatives to make our domain a little better every day.
• Being a project starter for pragmatic HR projects to improve operations.
• Providing support to Store Managers in achieving great HR goals through data analysis. Think of absenteeism and turnover figures.

As an HR Advisor Stores, you are responsible for the further development of our Coolblue'ers and help managers with all HR-related cases. You enjoy coming up with good solutions yourself, but know how to ask for help from your fellow HR Advisors in time.
