As Senior Team Leader Product Servicing, you know the secrets of inspiring leadership, continuous improvement, and successful change. You coach employees, drive quality and results, and help your team move forward in a dynamic environment. In doing so, you work closely with chain partners, fellow team leaders, and the Product Servicing management team.

• Inspire and coach a team of senior employees to achieve good results for customers together.
• Improve processes with your experience in Lean and drive improvements based on information from dashboards.
• Guide changes carefully and ensure that new ways of working are properly implemented within the team.

• 36 hours per week.
• A private mortgage portfolio of approximately € 160 billion for 1,000,000 customers.
• 9.5 million customers worldwide.

• Provide daily direction to employees and stimulate ownership, collaboration, and professional development within the team.
• Analyze substantive issues and changes and translate these into clear actions for employees and chain partners.
• Work proactively with the management team and other colleagues within the Housing value chain.

You work within Operations Housing Management, part of Product Servicing. Together with other team leaders, you form a management team and work with colleagues and chain partners to provide good service to customers. There is a proposed decision to transfer the activities within the scope of the outsourcing to Cognizant.

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree.
• Experience as a manager in a dynamic environment.
• Substantive knowledge of the Geld Nodig Particulieren chain.
• Valid diplomas in Wft Basis, Mortgage Credit, and Wealth.
• A Yellow Belt or Green Belt in Lean.
• Experience with continuous improvement and managing based on dashboards.
• The ability to solve complex issues independently.
• The ability to make well-considered decisions.
• A flexible and agile attitude in a changing environment.
