The role

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineering Project Manager in Residential Construction and used to leading residential construction projects independently? At Van Hoften Installatietechniek in Eindhoven, you will get control over large new-build projects: from technical preparation and planning to execution, finances, and delivery.

You will work with experienced colleagues, regular contractors, and project developers and will receive a lot of freedom to organize your projects successfully.

What you'll do

As a Mechanical Engineering Project Manager in Residential Construction, you are responsible for your projects from preparation to delivery. You maintain oversight, make decisions, and ensure that technology, planning, people, and finances come together.

You will, among other things:

Leading residential construction projects from preparation through to delivery.
Managing project teams and monitoring the collaboration between work preparation and execution.
Monitoring planning, quality, costs, and project results.
Maintaining contact with contractors, project developers, suppliers, and other project partners.
Reviewing technical elaborations and installation drawings.
Identifying risks and bottlenecks early and making targeted adjustments.
Thinking along about smart technical solutions and efficient execution.

In short: you take control and ensure that your residential construction projects are realized well both technically and financially.
