Corporate Strategy Associate

As Corporate Strategy Associate, you know the secrets of... identifying promising opportunities, connecting different perspectives and turning complex strategic questions into clear choices.

You explore external developments, customer needs and market changes. Together with experienced strategy colleagues and experts, you assess which ideas have real potential and support their development into new sources of value for Rabobank, its customers and members.

• Explore how an external development could create a new business opportunity for Rabobank.
• Develop scenarios and recommendations that help decision-makers understand strategic choices.
• Test an idea by combining market insights, evidence and expertise from across Rabobank.

• 40 hours per week.
• A position in scale 8 or 9, depending on your experience and the complexity you can manage independently.

• Strong academic foundation in strategy, economics, business, finance, innovation, technology, sustainability, data or a related field.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is useful but not required.
• Curious and entrepreneurial approach to complex questions and new business opportunities.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and the status quo using evidence, feedback and new insights.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different parts of the organisation.
• Compelling communication skills to create clear narratives and adapt messages to different audiences.
