Operational Buyer

• A working week of 36 - 40 hours;

• A salary between € 3,000 and € 3,600 gross per month, matching your experience and profile;

At Netafim, as an Operational Buyer, you will be given the space to get to know the entire purchasing process and take on increasing responsibilities. You will join a close-knit team in Maasdijk, where sharing knowledge and collaborating are second nature.

As an Operational Buyer, you ensure that the right parts are available at the right time. You will be working hands-on daily with orders, deliveries, and suppliers, and communicating frequently with colleagues from departments such as Sales and Supply Chain. In the beginning, you will receive intensive guidance. As you get to know our organization, products, and suppliers better, you will receive more individual responsibility and will eventually manage your suppliers independently.

In this position, you are responsible for:

• Creating purchase orders and checking order confirmations;

• Coordinating and monitoring delivery times and following up on delays;

• Actively addressing suppliers when agreements are not met;

• Requesting quotes and comparing price, quality, and delivery time;

• Checking invoices and resolving discrepancies;

• Creating reports on delivery reliability and backorders;

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Sales and Supply Chain;

• Identifying opportunities to organize the operational purchasing process more smartly and efficiently.
