Join Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin): Where a purpose comes to life.
You are driven by a purpose. Focused on growth. Ready to expand your potential.
Welcome to Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Orbia B&I), Wavin, - where our purpose to improve life around the world motivates our entire global team.
Every day we think big and work smart to tackle some of the toughest challenges affecting our world. Whether it is facilitating clean drinking water for communities, creating climate-resilient cities, or designing more comfortable living spaces, we never settle for "good enough" when there is an opportunity to improve life.
Where our purpose comes to life, lives change. This is what we live for. What about you?
At Orbia B&I, we improve life in the world by creating healthy, sustainable environments. And where is our help needed most? Exactly where we live: our cities where drinking water leaks, greenery disappears, streets flood after heavy rainfall, and outdated sewage systems pollute our groundwater. It is time to join forces, strengthen our team, and help build more sustainable environments!
Together with the rest of the team, you are responsible for managing, monitoring, and answering incoming questions from employees, managers, and direct People (HR) colleagues. This takes place via digital channels, by telephone, and in person - in English, Dutch, and German.
Together with your colleague, you are responsible for the wide range of topics passing through the People Services Desk, such as: onboardings, offboardings, drafting HR documents, anniversaries and other special events, lease cars, leave requests, reporting issues, compensation & benefits issues, first-line payroll questions, UWV applications, etc.
You actively think about improvements and efficiency gains within our People team.
You participate in internal (global) projects and are able to translate global projects into local actions for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
If you have any questions or want to know more about the position, please contact Marielle van Heun-Hoogland (Manager Netherlands People - Services Desk B&I) via marielle.van.heun@orbia.com. To apply, use the application button.
