Field Accountmanager Segway Navimow

Do you want to become the face of the revolution in garden maintenance? Step into your company car and put Segway Navimow on the map at the largest hardware stores and electronics stores in the Netherlands.

For Segway Navimow, a specialist in innovative robotic lawn mowers, we are looking for a Field Accountmanager who visits hardware stores and inspires store teams with product knowledge and enthusiasm.

You are the face of the brand in the store and build strong relationships with retailers such as Gamma, Karwei, and Hornbach.

You start your day from home and drive to the first location, where you briefly walk the store team through the most important advantages of the Navimow robotic lawn mowers, such as the Navimow i2 LiDAR: The fully wireless robotic mower that knows its way around your garden even without the help of boundary wires.

In the next store, you give a short product training and show how the new X4 Series stands out, so that employees can advise customers even better. Afterwards, you walk along the shelf together with the store employee to see if the presentation is optimal and if there are opportunities for extra visibility.

Later in the afternoon, you also visit a new location where you take the time to get to know the manager. You receive permission to immediately place some POS material, making the presentation stand out even more.

Between visits, you briefly update your CRM so that your administration is always perfectly in order. In this way, you visit an average of about 6 stores per day and ensure that Segway Navimow is strongly represented everywhere.

In summary, you will be busy with:

• Providing product training to store staff.
• Identifying and utilizing commercial opportunities in the store.
• Building strong relationships with store teams and retailers.
• Improving product presentations and POS material in the store.

For this role, we are looking for an energetic and communicatively strong personality who enjoys being on the road and inspiring people.

You do not need years of sales experience. This role is a good fit for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to take a first or second step in field sales.

We are looking for someone who:

• Strong in communication and presenting.
• Builds relationships easily and can convey enthusiasm to others.
• Prefers to work independently and is flexible.
• Can plan and organize well.

Additionally:

• Preferably have commercial experience (part-time job, internship, or first job).
• Affinity with technology, gadgets, or garden products is a plus.
• Experience within the hardware store or retail channel is a plus.
• You possess a B driving license.

• A 1st contract for 7 months at CPM Benelux;
• A nice salary up to €3000,- gross per month;
• Bonus scheme up to €350,- gross per quarter;
• Company car with the optional possibility to use it privately;
• Expense allowance of €60,- net per month;
