At Mammoet, you now have the opportunity to lead a small, dynamic team of (financial) administrators and be responsible for the daily operations of the Project Support department. Is this your next challenge? Then read on quickly and apply! WHAT YOU WILL DO Collaborating in the daily (financial) administration. Leading 5 Operations Administrators who deal with the administration and invoicing of projects. Preparing, running, and analyzing various management reports. In doing so, you actively think along about areas for improvement and develop well-founded insights. You present these in a clear and convincing manner to management, contributing to decision-making as a full member of the local management team. Setting up and maintaining the project structure. Optimizing work steps and processes within the department. Collaborating with other departments, for example, coordinating with financial control regarding the month-end closing or speaking with credit control regarding work in progress and outstanding invoicing. Traveling through the region to local offices to strengthen your networks and to share your knowledge and experience there. WHAT YOU NEED A Bachelor's degree in the field of Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy, or something similar. English, in speech and writing. Relevant work experience in a similar position. Experience in coaching or leading others is a plus. Professional mastery of Excel and interest in automation, AI, KPIs, and improvement processes. Knowledge of S4H (SAP) is a plus. Affinity with our industry and services. You are communicative, a team player, and you bring positive energy. An eye for detail, whereby you are able to translate data into clear communication towards the business. You are proactive and assertive and enjoy keeping multiple balls in the air at once.
