✨ You have experience as a leader in fashion retail, and you know how to motivate and ignite a team for success;

✨ You have experience with sales advice and know how to advise customers in the choice of their perfect outfit;

✨ You are flexibly deployable: you want and can work during the week and on the weekend;

✨ You have experience with visual merchandising and know how to bring a store to life;

✨ You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

What are you going to do?

What you'll do

As Assistant Store Manager at MS Mode, you represent the brand with passion. Together with the Store Manager and the team, you ensure that customers feel welcome and return, thanks to your energy, drive, and fashion knowledge. You support the Store Manager in coaching the team with a people-oriented approach. Together, you set clear goals, create a motivating atmosphere, and focus on customer centricity and increasing sales. Every morning, you determine the targets together and set the team in motion. At MS Mode, we believe in growth from within. As Assistant Store Manager, you will get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and grow into a Store Manager. Do you have that ambition?
