Accountant in the Netherlands

• Salary: between € 4,940 and € 8,233 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience.

• Freedom of choice in leave: you determine how many days off you take, up to 38 per year. Choose from regular leave, the aaff budget, or extra days via your salary. Anything you do not use from the aaff budget, we will pay out.

• Home office budget of € 550: to set up your home workplace comfortably and ergonomically.

As an accountant at aaff in Naaldwijk, you will work for various SME and/or horticultural clients. From transport, e-commerce, and greenhouse horticulture to installation and construction. In this role, personal contact and good cooperation are central. Our clients know that they are in the right place with you as a specialist for all their questions. You will lead the assistant accountants and hold ultimate responsibility for the quality and planning of the files and the activities of your team. You will also build sustainable client relationships. Thanks to your sharp questions, strategic insight, and warm approach, you fulfill the role of a sparring partner, both professionally and personally.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to provide large-scale entrepreneurs with valuable advice based on financial developments. You identify and discuss opportunities, challenges, and growth possibilities.

• Discussing annual accounts and issuing statements for compilation engagements

• You will be part of a fixed client team in which everyone fulfills their own role and maintains direct contact with clients. As a result, you work closely with colleagues from different disciplines and are jointly responsible for good service.

In Naaldwijk, you will work with about 30 colleagues from the SME and agro team. The atmosphere is informal and collegial, with plenty of room for socializing alongside work.
