Manager SME Accountancy

• You have completed an AA or RA education.

• You possess relevant work experience within accountancy, including several years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• You have extensive experience in managing client portfolios and advising SME entrepreneurs.

• You are commercially strong and see opportunities to further expand relationships.

• You have experience in relationship management and are a pleasant sparring partner for entrepreneurs, management teams, and shareholders.

• You possess coaching leadership qualities and gain energy from developing colleagues.

• You possess excellent communication skills and know how to effectively connect different stakeholders with one another.

For our relatively new office in Tilburg, we are looking for a Manager SME Accountancy & Advisory who combines professional expertise with entrepreneurship, customer focus, and leadership.

In this role, you are more than just an advisor. You are a strategic partner for entrepreneurs and an important driver of the further development of our practice in Tilburg. Precisely because this office is still fully in development, you will receive plenty of room to help build the growth of the client portfolio, the services, and the team.

You manage your own portfolio of SME enterprises and family businesses and maintain sustainable relationships with your clients. You understand the challenges that entrepreneurs face today and translate financial insights into concrete advice that contributes to their growth and continuity. In doing so, you identify commercial opportunities and know how to connect clients in a timely manner with the specialist expertise within Baker Tilly.

Additionally, you lead a team of accountants and advisors. You guide colleagues in their professional and personal development, stimulate ownership, and ensure high-quality service to clients. You monitor the quality of work, coach team members through complex issues, and serve as an inspiring example for the colleagues around you.
