As a Relationship Manager in Venlo, you work on your own client portfolio and contribute to the success of both clients and colleagues. You coach and guide colleagues and clients, while you also regularly learn and deepen your own knowledge. Every day is different: one day you are in the middle of execution, the next day you are advising clients on their financial processes. With a lot of responsibility and freedom, you can truly make an impact while continuing to develop yourself.

You love being project-responsible and enjoy passing on your knowledge and experience to others. You guide assistants and coach them in their growth, while you yourself are still 'in the field' and continue to learn. Additionally, you will get the opportunity to handle the pre-audit portion. In this, you support larger clients with the preparation of annual accounts and fulfill an advisory role. You have strong analytical insight and know how to convert financial data into valuable advice for your clients. No two days are the same, and that makes this position challenging and dynamic.

• You enjoy being project-responsible for a package of attractive clients;

• You know all the ins and outs of preparing annual accounts and interim reports;

• You enjoy training and coaching others and reviewing the work of assistants;

• You are an expert at providing good advice and guidance to clients in processing and analyzing financial data;

• You have completed a Post-HBO Accountancy education;

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Accountancy;

• You are looking for a dynamic working environment in which you work with large compilation clients and pre-audit clients.
