HBO thinking level and work experience in a B2B environment within the automotive sector
Independence: You work autonomously in your own territory and have no trouble with cold calling or establishing new contacts.
Relationship Management: You understand the importance of long-term customer relationships and know how to build and maintain them.
Flexibility: The position requires a varied work week in which you visit customers, but also consult with colleagues from aftersales or your sales manager about the business.

What you'll do

Louwman Group offers you the opportunity to further develop yourself in a challenging field position. With your own workplace in Gilze, you will get plenty of room to grow! As an account manager , you are responsible for preparing quotes, performing cold calling, and maintaining relationships with existing business customers. You will be given the freedom to manage your own territory and actively create new opportunities, from maintenance contracts to lease and insurance products.

The variation in the role is great: one week you are working with a customer on their new commercial vehicle, and the next you are sitting at a director's table to replace the entire fleet!
