• mbo/hbo level in the direction of logistics or transport, or several years of relevant work experience;

• Takes responsibility for your own customers and works independently and proactively;

• Are customer-oriented and commercial, and work in a structured, problem-solving, and analytical manner;

• Leads both the daily operations and improvement projects effectively;

• communicate excellently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.

• A suitable salary (€ 3,109.- to € 4,577.- gross per month), 30 vacation days (based on full-time), 8% holiday allowance, a holiday bonus of € 550.- gross, travel allowance, and a good pension scheme;

Within our Liquid Food Business Unit, as an Account Manager, you manage your own portfolio of (international) customers. You translate commercial and operational agreements into clear instructions for colleagues and supply chain partners, coordinate transport from order intake through to invoicing, and actively contribute ideas for expanding and optimizing the business. You are the linchpin and the fixed point of contact for your customers.

• You manage your own portfolio of (international) customers and are their fixed point of contact;

• Together with colleagues, you offer creative transport solutions to expand and optimize existing business;

• Operational execution and associated administration lie with you - from order intake to invoicing;

• Daily, you communicate with customers, internal departments, shipping companies, rail companies, cleaning stations and other supply chain partners;

• You direct and monitor the entire process, ensuring every transport proceeds to the customer's satisfaction.
