As part of the Road Logistics team, you play an important role in the Road Logistics supply chain by successfully onboarding customers and their associated processes and continuously optimizing them. As a Road Logistics Business Process Specialist, you are that professional. You are the driving force behind improvement, innovation, and digitalization within our Road Logistics organization.

You combine data, technology, and Lean thinking to make processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof. From developing dashboards and KPIs to leading implementations, optimizing systems, and realizing process improvements. In this way, you deliver visible impact every day on our operations, our customers, and our results. You are available for at least 32 hours and this job is based in Doesburg.

• Optimizing processes and stimulating Continuous Improvement.
• Developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports based on data.
• The link between the operational business, IT, and Global Services during system and process developments.
• Guiding onboarding, implementation, and change trajectories with customers, partners, and colleagues.
• Managing and improving platforms, TMS applications, and tickets.
• Leading projects in the field of process improvement, digitalization, and innovation.

• An HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level and a background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or similar.
• Relevant work experience is a plus; candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience have an advantage, but ambitious starters are also welcome.
• Knowledge of Excel, Business Objects, and Tableau is a must.
• Knowledge of Power Query, Python, and/or Power BI is a strong plus.
• A Lean Six Sigma Belt or similar recognized Continuous Improvement certification is a plus. Familiar with Agile working style.
• Knowledge of database structures, API connections, or specific ERP/CRM systems is a strong plus.
• Strong commercial skills, affinity with data, analytical insight into business processes, and the ability to bring people along in change, and you get energy from improving processes and performance.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
