Medior Business Process Consultant (Process & AI Orchestration Consultant)

• A HBO or WO degree, preferably in the direction of Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, Information Science, or similar.

• At least 2 years of experience within software development, automation, integration, or RPA.

• Experience with business analysis or consultancy.

• Experience with BPM software such as Camunda, Flowable, Pega, or Blueriq is a plus.

• You think in chains and oversee the bigger picture.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.

As a Medior Business Process Consultant, you work at the intersection of business and technology. You analyze business processes, map out opportunities for improvement, and translate these into smart process solutions. In doing so, you look beyond a single application: you think in end-to-end processes, systems, dependencies, and integrations.

With Camunda 8, you orchestrate processes in which people, systems, APIs, events, and AI work together. You model processes in BPMN, capture decision-making in DMN, and ensure that business processes are designed to be scalable, manageable, and future-proof.

You actively contribute ideas regarding standardization, governance, and the further development of process orchestration within our clients.

Additionally, you play a role in the application of AI within business processes. You investigate how AI services and intelligent agents can be integrated into existing process flows, where automation and human control go hand in hand.

• Analyzing and optimizing business processes together with stakeholders.

• Translating business requirements into process solutions.

• Modeling processes in BPMN and decision-making in DMN.

• Designing and implementing process orchestration with Camunda 8.

• Connecting microservices, APIs, and events within end-to-end processes.

• Integrating AI solutions and intelligent agents into process flows.

• Advising on process architecture, governance, and standardization.

• Helping build the growth of our Hyperautomation practice and sharing knowledge within the team.
