The role
You will work in the KPN SME ePartners team, where we make collaboration with partners smarter, faster, and future-proof. A young, growing team with plenty of freedom, responsibility, and room to make your mark. Your ideas? They won't stay in a drawer - we make them concrete, test them, and improve them together with our partners.
To further develop the digital journeys of our Business Partners, we are looking for an Innovation Specialist.
What you'll do
As an Innovation Specialist, you are responsible for discovering, initiating, and landing digital improvements within the online journeys of our Business Partners.
You analyze and discuss processes, user experiences, and data to make it clear where the bottlenecks are and where the most added value can be achieved. You do this not on an island, but in close contact with internal stakeholders and Business Partners.
Based on your analyses, you develop ideas and improvement proposals and investigate which digital solution directions best align with the needs of partners and the objectives of KPN.
When an initiative has taken sufficient shape, you work together with architects, Product Owners, and squads to further concretize the issue. The realization then lies with the squads. Throughout the process, you safeguard the original business objective and partner need and ensure that the solution continues to align with these.
After delivery, you take the lead in adoption, validation, and further optimization. You monitor the impact of improvements, collect feedback, and translate new insights into follow-up steps on the roadmap.
Analyzing digital partner journeys and discovering opportunities
You map out digital customer journeys, processes, and contact moments. Based on data, conversations, and observations, you identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Initiating digital innovations
You investigate how existing and new technologies can contribute to a better partner experience, more efficient collaboration, and commercial growth. You translate insights into concrete improvement proposals.
Shaping solution directions
You help sharpen issues and work together with stakeholders to develop possible solution directions before these go to the squads for further elaboration.
Connecting business, partners, and IT
You bring different interests together, create support, and ensure that the partner need remains well represented throughout the entire process.
Stimulating adoption and continuous development
After the implementation of new functionalities, you collect feedback from users and translate this into new optimizations.
