As a Senior Online Product Specialist, you are a key link in the success of de Bijenkorf's digital store. You combine commercial insights with data analysis and translate trends and customer behavior into an optimal online shopping experience. You know exactly how customers navigate, search, and buy, and you use that knowledge to continuously improve our online performance. You take a pioneering role within the team and share your expertise. You mentor mid-level colleagues and contribute to strategic projects that shape the future of our digital store. As follows:

• You translate commercial priorities into a strong online presentation of our assortment.
• You analyze performance and adjust based on data, trends, and customer behavior.
• You optimize merchandising positions, category pages, filters, and navigation structures.
• You investigate the effectiveness of on-site content and marketing campaigns.
• You contribute to the further development of our digital store and customer journey.
• You work closely with colleagues from marketing, purchasing, digital optimization, and tech.

You report to the Lead Digital Merchandising and work daily with various expert teams within the organization.

In addition, you possess:

• University-level (WO) working and thinking level.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with data-driven and commercial working.
• Experience with mentoring or coaching colleagues.
• Excellent command of both the Dutch and English languages.
