Strategy Intern

• Identifying strategic growth opportunities (national and international)
• Assessing the attractiveness and competitive position of companies
• Analyzing and, in a later phase, realizing synergies during integrations and carve-outs
• Understanding what distinguishes winning companies within an industry
• Translating data and performing analyses to work towards concrete insights and decisions with a team

Become part of our growing Strategy team and work on our clients' most impactful strategic issues. You will help organizations shape their future, from mergers and acquisitions to broader growth strategies and transformations.
Together with experienced teams, you will work on complex challenges, directly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to decisions that determine the course of organizations.

This includes supporting integrations and carve-outs, realizing operational transformations, and advising investors on (dis)investments and value creation.

• Strongly developed analytical and organizational skills
• You are pursuing a financial or technical WO (Master's) degree 
• You are enrolled at a university throughout the entire internship period
• You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work
• Good verbal and non-verbal communication skills 
• Team player with the willingness to go the extra mile
• Positive attitude and a healthy dose of humor
• Good command of the Dutch language
