Senior Consultant HR Transformation & Technology

• A relevant academic background, for example in business administration, HR, organizational sciences, strategic management, technology, or a similar field.

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience within consulting, HR transformation, digital HR, HR technology, or project environments.

• Experience with analyzing, designing, or implementing HR processes, HR operating models, and/or HR systems.

• Experience with digital HR, automation, AI, and the way technology changes the HR function and employee experience.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear, practical, and sustainable solutions.

• Experience with stakeholder management and building client relationships in dynamic and complex environments.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and connecting attitude, where you take responsibility and bring colleagues along in your approach.

• Good communication skills and the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and analyses with an eye for detail.

• A true team player who switches quickly between different clients, teams, and topics and enjoys helping junior colleagues grow.

• Excellent command of the Dutch language and strong oral and written skills in English.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus a good pension, holiday allowance, and an annual bonus depending on results and development.

• A 40-hour contract, with the possibility to work hybrid in consultation: at the office, at client sites, or at home.

• Guiding HR transformation projects for national and international clients, from analysis and design to implementation, adoption, and assurance.

• Managing project workflows and collaborating with clients and EY colleagues in multidisciplinary teams.

• Analyzing, optimizing, and redesigning end-to-end HR processes and translating insights into practical, sustainable solutions.

• Advising on future-proof HR operating models, HR service delivery, governance structures, and digital HR roadmaps.

• Guiding clients in the selection, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and digital HR solutions.

• Preparing and facilitating client workshops, interviews, and working sessions in which HR technology, AI, and process improvement are made concrete.

• Contributing to business development by identifying client needs, developing solutions, and helping build propositions, quotes, and client presentations.

• Coaching and guiding junior colleagues within projects and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Further developing our HR Transformation & Technology expertise, with a focus on digital HR, automation, AI, and the changing role of HR within organizations.

As a Senior Consultant HR Transformation & Technology, you will be part of the People Consulting team. In this role, you will guide organizations through complex HR transformations where people, processes, and technology converge. You will help clients with issues surrounding the Future of Work, digital HR, AI, and future-proof HR functions. In doing so, you will translate strategic ambitions into practical solutions and take a leading role in project workflows, client interaction, and the further development of our HR Transformation & Technology services.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a vibrant area where many companies are based. In our Cross Towers, many colleagues and clients are welcomed daily.
