Your opportunities as a Management Consultant Change Acceleration at Capgemini Invent

As a Management Consultant Change Acceleration, you work on large-scale change trajectories that are of strategic importance to (inter)national operating companies, so that they can respond optimally to digital developments. Within Program & Change Acceleration, we focus on the combination of the following areas: digital and IT transformations, organizational change, and behavioral change. Think, for example, of an organizational change by improving processes and the impact thereof on the way of working, roles, and responsibilities. Another example is an organization that is going to work in a more data-driven manner and asks us to ensure they make more impact with it. You think along about which steps and actions are needed to realize change. You guide teams and management during transformations. You ensure that the results of the change are sustainable and you lay the foundation for continuous improvement. In doing so, we use the latest change science insights and digital tools from our international Capgemini network.

As a Managing Consultant Change Acceleration:

  • You develop change programs and manage their execution;
  • You make complex change trajectories a success with a focus on organization, processes, and people;
  • You lead teams, which sometimes also work internationally;
  • You use your expertise in (behavioral) change to prepare employees for transformations in the digital age;
  • You are responsible for the completion of (a part of) the project, facilitate workshops, organize stakeholder management, facilitate efficient decision-making, and create and present analyses;
  • You measure and safeguard the success of change programs using analyses;
  • You build a network, maintain it, and spot commercial opportunities;
  • You stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of change management and share your knowledge with colleagues and clients;
  • You guide the Program & Change Acceleration team in developing methods and tools for clients and internal development;
  • You co-write proposals and contribute to realizing sales.
