Do you want to deepen your experience in consultancy AND make a social impact with data and technology in healthcare?
As a Consultant Health Technology & Data at IG&H, you will work on strategic and digital transformations where data, interoperability, and technology are central. You help healthcare providers, insurers, MedTech companies, and national healthcare networks to realize data availability and successfully implement digital innovations.
You will work together with experienced consultants on projects at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology. You analyze complex issues, support the development of solutions, and help clients with the implementation of digital innovations. In this way, you build substantive expertise in health technology, data availability, and digital healthcare transformation.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Supporting digital transformations within healthcare organizations, from analysis to implementation
Developing business cases, impact analyses, and advisory reports for digital innovations
Analyzing issues surrounding data availability, interoperability, and data exchange
Mapping and improving healthcare processes, information flows, and data chains
Supporting the selection and implementation of digital and AI solutions
Translating client needs into functional requirements and concrete improvement initiatives
Organizing and facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings
Contributing to projects surrounding national developments such as Wegiz and EHDS
Collaborating with consultants, architects, data scientists, and other specialists within IG&H
You will work partly on-site at the client and partly from our office in Utrecht, where you actively contribute to the development of our Health Technology propositions and expertise.
Our Health Technology within IG&H group:
Healthcare faces great challenges: aging populations, more chronic diseases, a growing staff shortage, and the need to deploy technology more smartly and faster. At IG&H, we believe that acceleration with technology is the key to future-proof healthcare.
Our Health Technology team helps healthcare providers, healthcare networks, health insurers, MedTech companies, and governments with complex digital and data-driven transformations. We bridge the gap between healthcare, business, and technology — from strategy and architecture to the implementation and scaling of digital solutions.
Our focus lies on realizing sustainable impact with technology. Think of issues surrounding data availability and interoperability, digital platforms, AI applications, data exchange, and regional collaboration in healthcare. In doing so, we guide organizations not only in making the right technological choices, but also in the actual implementation and adoption. Together with our subsidiaries i2i, Beter Healthcare, MLC, and Truston, we offer end-to-end support: from technology consulting and solution design to delivery and AI-driven solutions.
With various colleagues ranging from starters to experienced consultants and technology specialists — and backgrounds varying from (technical) medicine and health economics to data, engineering, and business administration — we form an ambitious and multidisciplinary team. Together, we work on innovative solutions that make healthcare smarter, more accessible, and future-proof.
IG&H transforms leading companies in the healthcare, retail, and financial sectors. Together with our world-class technology partners, we help our clients move forward and remain relevant, with insightful advice, great design, and unparalleled digital platforms. Our exceptional results stem from the successful alignment of people, operations, and technology. With more than 650 talented colleagues on board, people who truly embrace change and challenges, we have created a unique culture that dares to aim high while caring deeply. We attract extraordinary people and inspire them to push the boundaries for themselves and our clients.
