The role
We are looking for a Process Journey Manager who brings structure to how processes are designed, recorded, and controlled, and who combines this with the realization of concrete improvements. You are able to not only analyze and optimize processes, but also to safeguard them within clear frameworks, standards, and control frameworks.
You have a strong affinity with process architecture and taxonomies and understand the importance of consistent and unambiguous recording. You ensure that processes are logically constructed, well-documented, and align with applicable guidelines, such as in the areas of GDPR and risk and control frameworks. In doing so, you work closely with risk and compliance to ensure that processes are demonstrably controlled.
At the same time, you are focused on improvement. You use data and insights, for example from process mining, to make bottlenecks visible and to optimize processes in a purposeful manner. In doing so, you carefully weigh customer experience, efficiency, compliance, and technical feasibility against each other.
You know how to translate complex issues into concrete, actionable solutions and work together with colleagues and stakeholders from various disciplines to achieve this. You actively contribute to the development and application of standards for process modeling and control, thereby helping the organization to further professionalize.
In addition to substantive expertise, you bring a pragmatic and result-oriented attitude. You take responsibility for your contribution within the team and ensure that improvements are not only conceived, but also actually realized and safeguarded.
You operate at the intersection of business, IT, operations, and risk. This means that you not only understand and structure processes, but also actively contribute to change. Within the team, you combine process modeling and governance with the realization of concrete improvement initiatives. In doing so, you make an important contribution to future-proofing Central Services.
What you'll do
- You analyze how processes and customer journeys currently work, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into concrete improvements
- You collaborate with colleagues on solutions and actively contribute to the implementation of improvements
- You record processes clearly and consistently in tooling such as Mavim and monitor standards and compliance requirements
- You work continuously on designing processes to be smarter, simpler, and more customer-centric
- You take initiative in improvement trajectories, involve stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and ensure progress and supported results
