Senior Consultant Process Excellence

• 3-6 years of relevant work experience regarding process management, project management, data analytics, and managing a (small) team;

Your role as Senior Consultant Intelligent Process & Performance at Capgemini Invent
As a Senior Consultant, you know which technologies are available in the field of process improvement and you translate these into (strategic) solutions that you implement at clients together with your team. Additionally, you deploy data and technologies to implement organizational changes and process optimizations. Our team possesses diverse expertise, such as Agentic AI, Process Mining, and business analyses. You will help us bridge the gap between technology and data to establish sustainable and optimal processes for the client in this way, so as to achieve their goals.

From analysis to implementation, you involve people to obtain the right information and to lead clients to new insights. With your knowledge and experience, you help clients with the smarter and more intelligent analysis and design of processes. You assist the client by facilitating strategic workshops and advise on issues regarding process optimization related to societal themes such as sustainability and the use of data and technology in this regard. Think of, among others, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, smart software such as Robotic Process Automation, and various forms of AI such as Agentic AI.
