Manager Master Data Management (MDM)

• Gross monthly salary between € 5,500 and € 7,500 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance per working day.

We are expanding our Master Data Management (MDM) practice within the AI & Data team, which helps organizations create value with reliable data, advanced analytics, and AI. As more and more organizations invest in AI, the need for high-quality and consistent data is also growing. Therefore, we are investing in the further growth of our MDM practice and are looking for an experienced professional to help accelerate this development.

As Lead for the MDM proposition within the AI & Data team, you will play a central role in advising clients, developing new propositions, and further expanding our market position. You will help organizations get their data in order, thereby laying the foundation for successful AI and data transformations.

• Strategy development: Develop and implement future-oriented MDM strategies that help organizations realize their data and AI ambitions and achieve business goals.
• Designing solutions: Lead the implementation of MDM solutions that ensure reliable, consistent, and scalable data as a foundation for analytics and AI.
• Change management: Guide organizations in the adoption of MDM solutions and create support for sustainable change.
• Business development: Identify new market opportunities, develop innovative propositions, and contribute to the further growth of MDM client projects.
• Client focus: Become a trusted advisor for clients and advise management and directors on issues surrounding data, governance, and AI.
• Team development: Inspire, coach, and develop a team of ambitious MDM professionals and actively contribute to their growth and success in an innovative environment.
• Vendor relations: Advise clients on leading MDM technologies based on market knowledge and maintain relationships with key technology partners and vendors.
