Manager Governance, Risk & Compliance Services - Financial Services

• Gross monthly salary between € 5,085 and € 6,230 depending on your work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.

In this role, you are the link between strategy, risks, and control within the financial sector. You move easily between executive boards, management, and operational teams and know how to make complex subjects clear and concrete.

You work closely with colleagues from various disciplines and are given the space to contribute your own vision. You build strong client relationships, understand the dynamics of the sector, and know which developments truly have an impact on risk & compliance. Whether it concerns new regulations, digitalization, technological developments, or supervision, you help clients take the right steps.

In this team, you focus specifically on one sector, Financial Services, but your activities cover the entire GRCS domain. This means you are never stuck in a single specialty, but rather work on diverse challenges playing out in a rapidly changing, regulated environment.

• Directing projects in the fields of internal audit, internal control, risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Advising financial institutions on strengthening their control environment and setting up future-proof risk and governance processes.
• Working on the management of operational risks and themes such as DORA, CSRD, and changing supervisory expectations from the ECB and DNB.
• (Co-)developing and implementing control measures, control frameworks, and risk methodologies.
• Leading project teams, coaching juniors, and contributing to the development of the GRCS Financial Services team.
• Identifying new opportunities at clients and contributing to commercial trajectories.
