Requirements
What we're looking for
- Completed university degree in Tax Law, Tax Economics, Accountancy, Business Economics, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of experience within tax accounting, international corporate tax, tax reporting, and/or Pillar Two issues, gained within advisory practice, corporate tax, or accountancy.
- Ability to analyze complex tax and financial issues and translate them into practical solutions.
- Experience with coordinating activities and collaborating within multidisciplinary projects.
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Experience with GloBE regulations, Safe Harbour analyses, tax provisioning, international compliance processes, or tax technology solutions is a plus.

What you'll do
Your new job | About your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant / Manager Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax), you will be part of the Tax Accounting & Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) team within EY. From our office in Amsterdam, you will support multinational enterprises, listed organizations, and large family businesses with their reporting and compliance obligations under Pillar Two.
You will work at the intersection of international taxation, tax accounting, financial reporting, and technology. In doing so, you will play a central role in complex international projects and help organizations maintain control over their global tax position within a rapidly changing regulatory landscape.
Together with colleagues from Tax, Compliance, Assurance, and Technology, you will translate new laws and regulations into practical solutions for clients. At the same time, you will actively contribute to the further development of Pillar Two within our fast-growing practice.
- Coordinating the full Pillar Two reporting and compliance cycle for national and international organizations.
- Performing and reviewing GloBE calculations, Transitional CbCR Safe Harbour analyses, and top-up tax calculations.
- Analyzing financial, tax, and operational data and translating outcomes into concrete advice and insights.
- Collaborating with clients, international EY teams, and multidisciplinary specialists regarding technical and operational issues.
- Guiding, reviewing, and supporting colleagues within project teams.
In addition to Pillar Two assignments, you will remain involved in broader issues in the fields of tax accounting, tax reporting, tax control, and the assessment of tax positions in financial statements.

Our office in Amsterdam is located in the Zuidas: a vibrant area where many companies are established. In our Cross Towers, more than 1,500 colleagues and visitors are welcomed daily. On the 22nd floor, you will enjoy an impressive view over the city, and in our innovative Wavespace, teams and clients from around the world collaborate on complex issues.
