The role

As a consultant, from day one you will be involved in short-term (strategic) advisory assignments, work on designing a business or operating model, or gain practical experience in large-scale transformations within the Banking, Insurance & Real Estate sectors. You can choose to focus on one of these sectors, but there is also room to develop yourself more broadly. Your work consists of client contact, performing analyses, and a high degree of responsibility and diversity in assignments. You will quickly acquire subject-matter knowledge and consulting skills with the help of the extensive training offering.

What you'll do

Working on both designing strategy and guiding transformation for banks, insurers, and real estate companies.
Helping clients how to respond to current themes such as ESG and maintaining customer trust.
Contributing to large transformation programs in multidisciplinary teams.
Lots of client contact and responsibility from the very beginning.
Gaining practical experience in large-scale transformations.

Functie-eisen

You have a completed University Master's degree and an affinity for banks, insurers, or real estate.
You have some relevant work experience.
You have been active alongside your studies (for example: work, board/committee, elite sports, or volunteer work).
You have an affinity for working in teams.
You are engaged and enthusiastic towards colleagues and clients, and a professional interlocutor.
You speak and write English and Dutch fluently in order to be able to provide strategic advice to both local and international clients.
You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively apply this technology in your daily work.
