What you'll get

More than you expect. Because in addition to a passion for cars, we primarily have a heart for our colleagues. Our standards are high. For our customers, but certainly also for what we offer you. Count on:

  • A job of 40 hours per week, with a salary that seriously rewards your knowledge, experience, and craftsmanship and stands above the collective labor agreement. Ideally, we welcome you full-time, but we are also happy to discuss 32 or 36 hours.

  • 25 vacation days (for full-time) and the option to purchase 64 extra leave hours every year.

  • Plenty of growth and development opportunities, including through training at brand importers or vocational schools that suit your position.

  • Great extras: such as discounts on the purchase, maintenance, and insurance of your car with us, €15 discount per month on your gym membership, collective health insurance, and a good pension scheme.

  • An employer that thinks along with you. About working hours, schedules, growth opportunities, and more. And of course, you will receive a pleasant onboarding process and good guidance.

  • A workplace in a modern workshop, where you work with good tools and equipment.

The role

What can you expect when you work with us? This, and more.

More for you. We don't say that for nothing.

What you'll do

  • More impact. Without you, there is no proper repair. You ensure that everything is perfectly dismantled, assembled, and calibrated - so that every car can get back on the road safely and reliably.

  • More job satisfaction. Great colleagues? Check. The confidence to do what you are good at? Check. Being at the forefront of one of Europe's largest automotive dealer companies? Check check check!

  • More opportunities. To grow. To keep challenging yourself. And to contribute ideas for innovation.

  • Whether it concerns bumpers, fenders, doors, or interior parts such as dashboards and seats: you dismantle everything that is damaged down to the level of detail. You also carefully handle technical parts such as suspensions and engine block attachments.

  • You ensure that all dismantled parts are neatly labeled and stored. This way, you (and your colleagues) know exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced, and everything can be reinstalled without problems later.

  • After the repair, your work begins again. You reassemble all parts and ensure that everything functions perfectly. Think of adjusting and calibrating using, for example, ADAS calibration systems or alignment equipment.

  • In doing so, you work according to the manufacturer's instructions. You use manuals and technical documentation to rebuild every vehicle exactly according to the correct specifications.

  • Before and after the repair, you use diagnostic equipment to read and check for faults and error codes. This way, you deliver cars that are not only neatly repaired, but also technically completely in order.

With this knowledge and these skills, you hit the gas

You...

  • Can work independently, have an eye for detail, and like to stay informed about the latest developments and techniques.
