Our client, a leading player in the process industry, is in the final stages of constructing a brand-new tank farm. This farm processes about fifteen critical and hazardous fluid streams, making absolute safety and compliance with strict guidelines essential. To ensure the plant operates safely and to secure certifications, this new farm must be fully operational not only physically but also in the maintenance management system (JD Edwards). Currently, a uniform, structured asset registration and the correct links to preventive maintenance plans and safety scenarios are still lacking. Your commitment to this project will directly ensure that the Technical Service will soon be able to perform maintenance on these critical installations safely, efficiently, and systematically.

Within this project, you will play a key role in data extraction and the structuring of technical information. You will work on extracting data from various supplier manuals (O&M manuals) and technical drawings such as P&IDs. You will build clear loadsheets and structure the hierarchy for approximately 150 main assets. Additionally, you will link preventive work instructions and strict safety requirements to the correct installation parts. You will also analyze the documentation to generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs), whereby you de-duplicate supplier codes into original factory codes and prepare advice for warehouse stocks. You will process large volumes of data meticulously and ensure that everything can be imported seamlessly.
