To make that growth possible in a responsible and controlled manner, we are looking for a Buyer who ensures that our suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes are organized just as professionally as the service we provide to our customers.

Your role

As a Buyer, you are the linchpin in the procurement and contracting process within InShared. You work closely with contract owners and colleagues from the business to establish supplier contracts for, among other things, IT, professional services, marketing, and HR. You guide the process from the initial need through to contract signing and ensure that all involved parties are engaged at the right time.

Together with Legal, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders, you ensure that every process meets the requirements applicable to a financial institution. Think of governance, outsourcing guidelines, risk management, and laws and regulations such as DORA, Wft, and GDPR.

• Directing the entire procurement and contracting process, from intake to contract signing

• Advising contract owners on procurement strategies, market approach, and supplier selection

• Setting up and guiding RFI and RFP processes

• Selecting suppliers based on price, quality, risks, and compliance requirements

• Leading commercial negotiations within agreed frameworks.

• Monitoring planning, decision-making, and internal approvals

• Demonstrably and audit-proof recording the entire procurement process

• Close collaboration with Legal, Risk & Compliance regarding contracting and outsourcing requirements

• Further professionalizing procurement processes, templates, working methods, and tooling
