Legal Counsel

As Legal Counsel, you are responsible for everything related to contracts and legal checks regarding collaborations. You ensure that we can act quickly without losing sight of risks. You are involved in the entire process: from the initial contract proposal through to management and any potential renewal or termination.

You work at the intersection of Legal and the business and coordinate frequently with colleagues from, among others, IT, Operations, and Marketing. In doing so, you think not only in terms of risks, but primarily in terms of solutions. This is not a traditional, reactive legal department, but a progressive team that truly helps the business move forward.

You perform legal checks when concluding new contracts and collaborations. Additionally, you focus specifically on contract management after they have been concluded. You manage contracts via an (AI-driven) system and ensure they remain up to date. You also monitor follow-up regarding renewal, renegotiation, or termination. Furthermore, you perform legal reviews on agreements and commercial arrangements and take on other supporting corporate legal tasks. Finally, you actively contribute ideas on how we can set up Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) more smartly, efficiently, and in a future-proof manner. You will get plenty of room to organize your work independently. We do not manage purely on hours, but on output and impact.

• Master's degree in Dutch law
