Your role as a Personal Injury Claims Handler
As a personal injury claims handler, you will join a team of nearly 40 passionate colleagues and specialists such as Carina Geertsema, Mayke de Bock, Mike Stienstra, and Anouk Oude Hergelink. Every claim file is unique. You will work with complex situations where the emotions of victims can run high. Think of all kinds of accidents that can occur in traffic, but also matters reported on liability insurance, or, for example, involving a larger financial interest. You will assess liability, maintain contact with involved parties such as the injured party and their representative, but also medical advisors or other experts. You will also determine the strategy in a case, maintain good control over your files, inventory the damage, negotiate, and reach settlements. You will work intensively with the best people in the profession and share your knowledge internally as well as with external teams.
