Requirements

What we're looking for

You have completed a relevant education in the field of automotive technology or bodywork technology. It is also preferred that you possess the Audatex certificate. Do you not have that yet? No problem, you can obtain it at our expense
You work accurately and structured, possess strong communication skills, and have knowledge of vehicles and damage repair techniques
You can communicate correctly with customers, colleagues, and external relations (by telephone) and draft emails and other messages in flawless Dutch
You possess a driver's license
Preferably, you are available 40 hours per week. If working full-time is not an option, we are happy to look at the possibilities together with you

Nice to have

You have relevant work experience as a claims advisor, damage manager, damage estimator, car damage estimator, or a similar position. Have you previously worked with the Imotion program for creating damage estimates? That would be nice, but is not a requirement

The role

For our Hedin Automotive Damage Repair location in Bladel, we are looking for a Claims Advisor. Someone who has as much of a heart for cars as we do. Here, we provide high-quality, brand-approved damage repair for the beautiful car brands BMW and MINI, as well as universal damage repair. But what exactly can you expect from the position of Claims Advisor?

What you'll do

You create damage estimates for the start of the repair based on the visible damage and after the repair has been completed, whereby you request and consult the technical documentation from the manufacturer
You order the necessary parts for the repair in a timely manner.
You maintain contact with customers, damage experts, insurance companies, leasing companies, and with our other Hedin Automotive companies, such as our car dealers and our car rental company, and proactively provide information about the progress of the repair
You work closely with colleagues in the workshop to ensure that the repair work proceeds smoothly and according to schedule
